For our OCC-Team in our Headquarter in Basel/Switzerland we are seeking for a
Flight Operation Officer / Operation Controller
Major Responsibilities:
- Supervises and controls the present and future days of operations.
- Coordinates and takes decisions of the daily flight operations.
- Daily Crew-coordination.
- Establishes in due time an operational plan in case of irregularities.
- Ensures that aeroplanes are operated in accordance with Hello’s company policies
and procedures, as laid down in the OM. - Requests and arranges traffic rights, overflight permissions, AP slots and ground-handling facilities.
- Files company Flightplans according to Hello procedures.
- Establishes crew briefings for each flight.
- Sells adoc and ACMI charter flights on short notice.
We expect:
- Ideally licenced as Flight Dispatcher (FAA/JAA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Flight Dispatching and/or Operation Control in an OCC
- High level of motivation, flexibility and team spirit
- Independent, well organized way of working under stressful conditions
- Thorough IT knowledge (SITA, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Very good communication skills in English and German. French would be a plus.
