Captains:

• License: ATPL with a valid Instrument Rating (IR) and a valid medical class 1
• Experience > 1000h on Airbus A320 or A330/340 and > 3000h as Commander on EASA CS 25 (JAR 25) Aircraft
• Valid & current Type Rating Airbus A320  
• Experience as Training Captain, TRI or TRE would be an advantage
• Nationality: Swiss or EU
• Languages: English to at least proficiency level 4 and fluent in German would be a significant advantage

 

First Officers:

• License: ATPL (Frozen) with a valid Instrument Rating (IR) and a valid medical class 1
• Experience > 500h on Airbus A320 or A330/340 and > 1000h as First Officer on EASA CS 25 (JAR 25) Aircraft
• Valid & current Type Rating Airbus A320
• Nationality: Swiss or EU
• Languages: English to at least proficiency level 4 and fluent in German and would be a significant advantage

2. Selection Process

After having received your documentation the Hello AG recruitment team will check if you fulfil our requirements and invite you to the selection process as soon as open positions are available. Please do not call directly to check regarding the actual status of your application.

The selection process is split up into the following 3 parts:

• In ZRH (group assessment, personal interview, aviation knowledge test, English test)
• In ZRH (simulator assessment)
• Psychological online assessment

 
3. No actual job vacancies

If there are no actual job vacancies your application will be held active for 6 months. After this 6 months, if you are still interested in a pilot position within our organization, please send an up-to-date application file. Hello AG will not communicate any details about planned selection days individually.

The information you are about to provide shall be added to Hello AG applicant registration database in order to administer our recruitment processes and for the purposes of planning and monitoring our recruitment campaigns. The information may be held in electronic databases or hard copy form in files and is controlled by our staff. Hello AG will only hold such information as is necessary to conduct its operations. All provided information remains private and is solely used for the purposes intended by and as explained on our site.

By sending your application file to selection(at)hello.ch, you agree to the use of information for a possible selection process. If you will not be invited for a selection process within 6 months after receiving your application, the application will be deleted automatically.
